Back to work!
Well its been an interesting week . . . Got back into the swing of things on Monday, I can actually say its great to be back. It looks like January is going to be a quiet month, but I know that I have lots of plotting and planning to do. I feel that God has new things in store this year its just a case of working out what they are.
It's been really exciting talking over some big dreams with Clare & Greg Thompson, a couple who lead 'the fuse' (our small church) with me. We all have a vision to see an arts centre set up in Bristol. It would be a creative expression of Christian movement in the city, consisting of art studio's, cafe, retail space, counselling rooms, comedy nights, dj workshops etc etc . . . Anyway we are looking at putting a proposal together . . .and also visiting one that's opened in Cardiff recently. For us this would be a progression of what we are already doing . . . but on a much bigger scale.
Tonight we have our first Rubix Cafe of 2004 . . . the night is held in a small cafe . . . its really laid back and low key . . . but we love it.
Anyway must get and do some more work.

It's snowing! Hurrah . . .
Had a great New Years Eve . . . went to a cartoon theme party. . . I was one of the teen angels with 'Captain Caveman'.
I am now contemplating getting back into work . . . I love this time of year, I get a whole new perspective on what I'm doing.
I think this year will hold some changes and some new things for me to discover . . . but at the moment I don't really know what that means.

well after a couple of pints in coventry i let down my guard and agreed that i would start a blog.... so here goes! time to dive into the blogosphere....

grannies.jpgraging-grannies.jpg

it's a long story but the plan in the bar was to call the blog 'whats with the grannies?!' but on reflection i might regret that in a few months/years time. but in honour of that initial conversation i have scoured the web and these are the two favourite granny photos i could find (i hope they don't mind me borrowing them). the raging grannies are a protest group in seattle campaigning for peace and justice and you can even start your own raging grannies group!!!!
